Responsible for developing marketing collateral and sales program for an eleven-property portfolio valued at $250 million. The engagement required coordinating the simultaneous disposition of a large, geographically distributed land portfolio during a challenging market cycle, with a focus on maximizing value across a range of buyer profiles.
Coordinated the disposition of eleven neighborhood shopping centers, nine office buildings (50,000 to 200,000 SF), and five warehouse facilities (125,000 to 250,000 SF) to investors. Separately represented the owner in the acquisition of over 31 sites for the development of retail, commercial, office, and industrial properties across Florida. Responsibilities included due diligence, contract negotiation, administration, and closing on each transaction.
Represented the owner in the $23 million acquisition of three properties for a mixed-use marina and residential development encompassing 615 slips. Responsibilities included contract negotiations, preparation, administration, due diligence, and closing. The firm subsequently managed day-to-day operations of the 615-slip marina, including ancillary service and retail commercial uses, prior to redevelopment.
Represented the owner in the $23 million acquisition of three properties for a mixed-use marina and residential development (also known as Loggerhead Marina). Responsibilities included contract negotiations, preparation, administration, due diligence, and closing. Engagement required coordinating multiple property closings and navigating complex title and environmental due diligence.
Participated in the $15 million acquisition and led the negotiation and coordination of a seamless disposition — a “flip” to Centex Homes that generated $9 million in profit for the ownership group. The transaction required precise timing, buyer qualification, and contract execution to maximize the return on a short-hold acquisition strategy.
Represented the owner in the acquisition of four properties for the development of master-planned office and industrial parks. Responsibilities included due diligence, contract negotiation, preparation, administration, and closing on each acquisition. Each site required environmental review, entitlement analysis, and coordination with Duke Realty's development team.
Represented the owner across multiple transactions in the St. Petersburg market, including acquisition and disposition activity across residential and mixed-use development sites.
